Who (do we work for)?

We work for you – not the property seller and not the selling real estate agent. Our focus is to get you the property you want and/or the finance that best suits your needs.

What (do we do)?

We find you the property that you desire, whether it is to live in or act as an investment. We have a unique and very successful process to understand your needs and wants prior to sourcing the property. Where (do we work – what areas)?

We specialise in apartments on the North Shore rail line of Sydney and surrounding suburbs. These areas are highly sought after, thanks to great transport links, communities and green spaces. If you are looking outside these areas, then we will use our eco-system of property experts to help find you a property!

Why (do we do it)?

Why? Well the Australian property market is tough at the moment with both buying and renting a difficult process with a lot of competition. We cut through to the selling agents, we know where off-market properties are and we negotiate the best price on your behalf.

Pricing

We charge 2% of the settlement price of the property. If finance is organised by Astute St Leonards (part of Madison Wells Pty Ltd), then the commission paid by the lender wil be deducted from the service fees.
