A Buyers Agent will do all the legwork for you and negotiate the price with the vendor’s agent. This reduces the stress and risk of not fully understanding the sales process.

The Process of a Buyers Agent

This is a proven, low risk process that builds on each step to ensure success.

Step 1 – We have a 15 minute Qualification Call where we ascertain the basics: finance and current state.

If finance is required, we can offer our services to get a lender pre-approval.

Step 2 – We have a 45-60 minute Strategy Call which is a deep dive into your preferred state after buying a property. The output is a “scenario” and quote for our ongoing services.

Step 3 – Once you are happy and signed our service agreement we will find you a property!

If you need finance and choose to use Madison Wells Pty Ltd, it will be managed through our trading name Astute St Leonards.
