White Rabbit Radio – P127

Program 127 covers Days of the Week!

I searched the White Rabbit library and found at least eleven tracks with a day of the week in the title. It’s a real mix of genres too, starting with some gentle classical and moving through classic rock, folk rock, southern rock to end with jazz!

It’s clear those big ears of the White Rabbit loves all music!

White Rabbit Radio – P126

Program 126 covered more music from a particular city.

This is the fourth program in the series that highlights music that has a link to a particular city. This time the city is San Francisco, a city that I always enjoy visiting.

All the music has a link to San Francisco, even if the musician was born elsewhere. Sometimes changing location helps to invigorate the creative juices!

White Rabbit Radio – P124

Behind every musician or band is a group of audio engineers who work on the recordings and produce the final work.

One of this group of backroom engineers is the mastering engineer. This role takes the finished work and adjusts it for the media or output format that the music will be heard through, for example, vinyl, tape, CD or streaming.

One of these engineers is the late George Marino. Marino worked for Sterling Sound for over 40 years and worked on over 2,000 albums. This is a mere snapshot of his work – all currently in albums within the White Rabbit Radio library.
